Just a girl and a dog, blue sky and the trail beneath my feet.

21 days of consistent exercise. It’s a big deal for me, in the past I’ve been a non starter or a halfway quitter. This is awesome 😎

Today I was stressing out, my head was metaphorically spinning. I called Sayge and we went for a run. There was no bear chasing me or anything.

Yup, It still surprises me.

I craved it and as I satisfied that craving, my head settled and I could breathe.

I came home and a few sets of dips, squats on a balance board and 3, count em’, 3 FULL PULL-UPS.

I also ran up and down 4 flights of stairs many times and held, hugged, laughed and smiled with my house full of family.

Today was a good day 😊

Have a goodnight or good morning friends!
