Less conventional work out day!
I worked today from 6:30 to 10:30 so I got a little creative.
Legs – I walked a mile, flexed thighs, buns and calves alternately while sitting. I sat a lot!
Arms – I crocheted about 3 hours on my daughter’s large birthday blanket. Honestly, it’s kind of effective and my shoulders are sore.
Plank – nuh-uh. No way was I getting on that floor!
Abs – the abs got a break today but I ate really healthy 😁
Stress – pretty sure I burned some calories there!
Dogs/piggy? They got morning scratches and nighttime belly rubs!
Night all! I’m going to stay up too late and watch Gemini Man 😘
