Just dance!!
I have been told that the Napoleon Dynamite picture I put on my last Zumba post was a big part of the viewing boost. So here goes!!
I am sure it’s no surprise to you by now but Zumba was so much fun last night!
The class is full of really great people and the instructor is not only qualified but the kind of utterly uplifting person that one cannot help but feel motivated by.
It is one full hour of hip moving, booty shaking, tangled feet and wild arm motions, oh wait that’s just me…
It’s week 3 of Zumba and I am starting to catch on to some of it. Keeping up my energy through the class might require a slight addition of something because I seem to get half way though and start to drag!
For the first time ever my feet started to cramp so badly that I ended up taking my shoes off to finish the class. After talking to some of the other ladies it became apparent that I was missing some nutrients.
I went home and checked my vitamins and low and behold, I was lacking a lot!
I recently changed my supplements for a new thing and while I like it it’s certainly it complete.
I added Garden of Life Women’s multi last night and I am already feeling the benefit of the addition.
It’s a beautiful crisp day, I hope you all get a chance to get out and enjoy it!!! 😘
