Day 13

The creeping plague has hit the house.

The kids fell like dominos yesterday and are still sick today.

The beauty of kids is that they like to share with their parents. This time they have shared with me.

I tried to tell it “no thank you” and to give it back but that’s not how it’s going down.

It has invaded my body. The very body I have been working so hard to get clean and on the fitness path.

I feel slightly betrayed.

Why is it that when we get healthy our bodies seem to fight us?

Today It’s like wading in sand, up hill, in a windstorm.

I hope your day is lovely-er than mine, good night!
