This week I add running to my list. I’ve said before that I’m kind of a faller.
As in, I fall on my face/elbows/knees/backside, you name it. I even fell on my finger once, that was surprisingly expensive
But here I go again, I almost want to run inside a giant plastic bubble…
I’m starting out with 1 mi. It will be a little stop and go but crossmyfingersknockonwood, it’ll be great!
The run went great, no falls and lots more actual running than I thought!!!
Sayge and I took the time to do a little run training. We worked on stop, sit, hold, run and walk. As well as telling her to stay right so I didn’t end up tangled in her leash or legs and with me to help her stop pulling on the leash.
Later I am off to a weightlifting class!! I know, but really it does deserve those exclamation points 😉
Class is out and I am wasted. It was tough and I ended up on my face a time or two but I luckily did not have far to fall from the planks and push ups.
We did arms, shoulders, abs, buns, legs and I am sure that tomorrow I’ll feel many more areas that have lain dormant until now!
But it was a success and I’ll be back for more next Monday night!
