Day 10!! Woop!!

I’ll be honest, I really haven’t lost more than a pound since I’ve been exercising.

My journey started first with two weeks of healthy clean eating. I lost 5 lbs right away and was, as you can imagine, thrilled.

Then I added exercise and the net result of the last 10 days is that I sleep better, there are less and less “backup” issues cause things are loosening up in there, my skin is clearer because my body has slowly begun to transition from- full of crap, to getting cleaner.

Oh, and that one pound, but I’m building muscle right, so it’s ok.

On to today’s work out!

Treadclimber – Throwing an error code. Bummer, but I ran up and down 4 flights of stairs 10 times instead. Thighs are burning..

Only Sayge has decided to hang out with me this time.

Squats – step- squat – leg back and squeeze. Repeat twice on every other step, right side and left side. Next step squat wide, lift opposite leg to the side. Repeat twice on every other step. Buns = burning!!!

Abs – floor and from the hanging arm straps

Floor – 20, Legs side by side. 20 right over left. 20 left over right.

My little Mia came to hang out with me for the floor stuff and got a few belly rubs 😁

Straps – 20, knees up in the center, knees up to the right, knees up to the left. Struggle.

Arms – Dips and pull-ups

Dips – 2 sets of 20, little break, 20 more!

Pull-ups – 2 chin ABOVE THE BAR!!! 1 nose above the bar, 2 more half way attempts.

Plank – 106.5 seconds. Alright, alright, alright.

Another day, a little more muscle tone 😘
