I did it. It’s late again and I did it anyway. Another busy day but not a reason to skip!!
I believe that, because I am doing this FOR ME, it doesn’t feel like an insurmountable monster. It feels like I’m waking up. A little stiff and sore and sometimes going back to bed looks really really tempting.
I recently read a talk and the main point was to Stay Awake. Not always of course but to be a part of the creation of and to invest yourself in your life, in your desires, your dreams, your loved ones.
No one is gonna care like you do so pull yourself up by your bootstraps and get a move on. It won’t be pretty but it’ll be real and if you persevere, the end will be better than you imagine.
My two cents done, here’s my progress today.
Treadclimber – 0. I didn’t even turn it on. It’s on the third floor and my kiddos are going to sleep right below.
Pig – sleeping 
I woke her up turning on the light to take this picture but she’s so cute it’s worth it!
Dogs – abandoned me for kids and beds.




Sayge likes to sleep right under the bed 😍
Pull ups… ready for this?!?
1 nose over the bar pull up!!! And 4 others with decreasing height. BUT I DID ONE WHOLE ONE ALL THE WAY UP!! I’m a little proud of that. 😁
Leg lifts while I’m in the hanging arm strap things – 40
Plank – 10 seconds and 18 seconds and 61 seconds. Thats right a whole minute AND one extra second cause I’m cool like that.
Stair squats with back leg lifts on each stair – 4 flights
Abs – leg lifts on the foam roller 20 together 20 right over left 20 left over right.
Dips – 20 😎
And good night, I’m going to watch an episode of “The worst week of my life” on britbox and go to sleep!
