Day three

Woohoo!! Three days and counting!

Did you think I forgot? Nah 😁

Today’s exercise regime is slightly different from the past two days After last nights Zumba, I zombie walked my way back to the car stuff and sore and took Ibuprofen when I got home. we have had a huge snowstorm here this morning.

And so, my husband exercising has been switched up! Snow means snow shoveling and there is quite a lot of that to do where I live today.

I shoveled this morning when I went outside, I shoveled again at work and I’ll shovel more before the sun sets today!

It’s good to mix it up, keep it fresh, right?! 😂😂

Tomorrow will see me back to my new regular routine but for today, I’m calling it on account of snow ❄️ and taking a warm bath!
