Day 2
It started as I was putting my shoes on.
My dog Jasper thought that, since I was on his level, he should enthusiastically wash my face while standing on me.

Step one – Wash face.
Step two – Repeats: I DO want to do this x4..
Tread climber –
30 min. 10 at 1.5 20 at 2.0
Dog’s napped.
Abs on hanging arm things-
30.
Dogs came and did yoga like contortions underneath me and some personal hygiene.
Hanging bar –
2 half pull-ups, calling it a win.
One dog left the other has a confused eye on me. Hooman? Why you so angry with stick on the door?
Stair squats –
4 flights
Dogs walked 2 steps ahead and every time I went down they sneaked a face lick.
Arms on stairs –
2 flights, ouch.
Dogs behaved like they were at goat yoga and climbed on top of me, more heavy drooly panting in my ears.
Started laundry, it was time. Also, mildly procrastinating cause it’s harder to do this the second day. 🥵
Plank –
43 seconds, I closed my eyes and sang “I’ve got a lovely bunch of coconuts” in my head so that I didn’t
focus on the seconds counting down on my phone.
Worked, calling this a win also.
Dogs squabbled with each other and then came over and breathed on me. Definitely for some doggy breath treats..

leg raises –
40 with legs parallel, 20 right over left, 20 left over right. Hope I can move tomorrow.
Dog hovered over me and thought this would be a great time for more face licking. Greenies will be
purchased today

Tonight –
Community rec Zumba. In for a penny my friends in to loose the lbs..
I haven’t mentioned it before but I’ve been eating clean for the last 2 weeks.
No carbs, no sugars, no Dairy, no beans. Lots of fruit, veg, nuts and some meat on the side.
It’s harder but better for me and I am beginning to FEEL better as well.
My brain cloud has lifted and I sleep less restlessly.
My goal is to be fit by June and keeping up with my life in a healthy way. I have a goal weight but I’m not sure that it matters as much as being healthy.
